Payment Link

  • Credit Card payment is preferred (Please note, invoice for reimbursement will be generated automatically after payment. Please do NOT use 'CREATE Invoice' if Credit Card payment is available).
  • If your Bank has problem with the Credit Card payment and you prefer to use “Pay Later” option, payment can be processed through the following steps:

  1. Make a booking through conference booking page
  2. At the payment page - select - CREATE Invoice (Please note, this option is only for oversea attendees unable to pay with Credit Card)
  3. Arrange bank transfer or Western Union Payment to UQ bank account (please contact our Organizing Committee at for bank details)
  4. Invoice number MUST be included as the reference on the transfer.
  5. A remittance advice should be sent to and advising that payment has been made and a copy of the proforma invoice should be included. 

  • For full registration of both attendees/academic and students, please select an attendance date as it is mandatory in the Registration system. Please note this will not influence your full registration through the conference.

Payment may be refunded if we encounter any uncontrolled circumstances. Notice of cancellation must be submitted in writing to . 

You are responsible for the safety and security of any items brought onsite as part of your entitlements. It is your responsibility to arrange delivery of any items to and from the venue. Please note, it may not be possible to store items at the venue prior to, or after, the conference.

Refund Policy:                                                                                                                              

0% cancellation fee will apply for cancellations received prior to 15th July 2023. 

25% cancellation fee will apply for cancellations received prior to 1st Aug 2023. 

50% cancellation fee will apply for cancellations received prior to 20th August 2023.

Cancellations received on or after 20th August 2023 will not be refunded.
